20th WFSA World Congress of Anaesthesiologists in Marrakesh was a powerful reminder of something simple: No matter where we work, which system we use, or what language we speak, when monitoring patients, we all face the same fundamental challenge: Understanding the patient clearly, fast, and as a team, so we can act with confidence. At our symposium with Michelle Chew and Profa Dra. Ludhmila Hajjar, nearly 800 anesthesiologists came together. One thing became very clear: No clinician, no hospital, no healthcare system, and no country can afford to treat situation awareness as optional. This is why the Visual Patient Avatar matters. It turns complex vital sign information into a more intuitive, human, and universal picture of the patient. Something that clinicians across languages, systems, and cultures can immediately understand. Behind every monitor, number, and alarm, there is a patient we are all trying to protect. Let’s keep pushing. Globally, together, and with the patient at the center. ✨ 🌱 #WCA2026 #PatientSafety #SituationAwareness #VisualPatientAvatar

I’ll be in Marrakesh for 20th WFSA World Congress of Anaesthesiologists 2026 🇲🇦 Looking forward to speaking alongside an outstanding group of colleagues. The Visual Patient Avatar will be part of the symposium and available to experience at the booth. Most people understand it within seconds once they interact with it 🌱 If you’re there, I’d enjoy seeing you. #VisualPatientAvatar #SituationAwareness #PatientSafety #CareEquality
