It was great to be back in southern Switzerland! ☀️ After ATCIP last year, this visit to Lugano was for SACSI, with the Visual Patient Avatar rounding off the talks. I particularly liked this reminder on Massimiliano Greco’s slide: “Data visualization: Improve situational awareness, not reduce it!” Even the train was called Albert Einstein — a fitting choice. I often joke that when we start our training, we think we need to become a little Einstein to understand it all. Thankfully, good information design can help the rest of us. 😉 And I’m always a little proud of his ties to both UZH and ETH Zurich. Grazie, Lugano! 🇨🇭 Now we’re heading to San Diego for ASA 2026! ✈️
