Website delivery and access
The website is hosted through OpenAI’s Sites service and Cloudflare infrastructure. Serving a page requires technical connection data, including an IP address, the requested URL and browser information. Hosting and sign-in services may process this data and use essential cookies for delivery, security and access control. This is separate from the website’s own measurement described below.
These providers operate internationally, including processing in the United States and the European Economic Area. Processing is not restricted to Switzerland. Their privacy information describes the applicable transfer mechanisms and safeguards: OpenAI and Cloudflare.
Website measurement
A private, first-party dashboard helps us understand which public pages and resources are useful. It measures page views, visible-page time, selected link clicks and video starts, referring domain names, approximate countries, and broad device and browser categories.
It uses no tracking cookies, does not identify individual visitors and does not create cross-page profiles. Stored measurements contain no names, email addresses, IP addresses or complete referrer URLs. A random, temporary key relates updates to one page load. A short-lived value derived from the IP address is used in server memory to limit abusive requests; it is not written to the measurement database.
Measurements are kept for 183 days. Older records are removed during subsequent processing; hosting backups may retain deleted records temporarily. The dashboard is restricted to the website operator.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are honoured. You can also turn off measurement for this browser. Only this preference is saved on your device.
Videos, links and demonstrations
Links to LinkedIn and other external websites open those services, where their privacy rules apply. LinkedIn link cards do not load LinkedIn media here. Videos hosted on this website are delivered by its hosting infrastructure. Where a third-party player is offered, activating it can connect your browser to that provider.
Educational simulators use simulated data. Please do not enter patient information. Password-protected areas use essential access cookies.
Email and your choices
If you email us, your address and message are used to respond and handle your enquiry. Please do not send patient data or other sensitive clinical information through this website’s contact channel.
You may contact David Tscholl to request information about personal data held about you, correction or deletion, subject to applicable legal obligations. The page-view measurements generally cannot be connected to an identified individual.
