Every so often, we get to witness the beginning of something great. 🌅 The first edition of Safety Camp, sure to become a major recurring event, will take place on Wednesday, 28 January 2026, in Augsburg, Germany. 🚀
Klaus Markstaller, Richard Goerlich and their team will bring together thought leaders and visionaries from medicine, medtech, and safety-focused industries, including Augsburg’s prominent aerospace sector, as well as policymakers, patients, and patient-safety enthusiasts, all united by the goal of learning from one another and advancing safety in medicine. Inspired by the vision of creating a European counterpart to the Patient Safety Movement Foundation, this conference aims to build strong and lasting momentum for the topic. 🌍
I’m proud to see this event taking off ✈️ from my former workplace, Universitätsklinikum Augsburg ✨🌱, and I can’t wait to see many familiar and new faces there.
